Our vision is to build a world in which men, women, and children live lives that are free of fear, worry, and insecurity in that they are educated spiritually, and are seeking more inner realization as a way of life.
It is a world free of dogma and prejudice in that all have learned to perceive the Truth directly with their own heightened senses of the soul. Our vision is one in which the Spirit World is a reality – a place from which all souls come into physical life and to which they return when their days are run and lessons are learned. Our vision for Humanity would see restored to all, our Cosmic Birthright of endless peace and loving freedom of all.

Our Founders
Who are We Who Have Put This Site Together? Oh, we are just folks like yourself. People who have wondered about many things in this life, and even beyond this life, but haven’t gotten all the answers as of yet. So we continue seeking, and on this site, we have the fond hope that we will attract enough like-minded people, that out of all of our knowledge when combined, we may find some more answers than we currently possess as individuals. We hope that this site will be the vehicle for many of us to find each other, and with that discovery, we also will find each other’s wisdom and experiences, and that will help us all to better understand life better.
Another goal we have is to inspire each other in different ways, and thus, have a new means to learn. We believe that all people have the capacity to be teachers to other people. We also believe that something called by many names, such as the holy spirit, destiny, fate, karma, or any other name you may be comfortable using, will be in evidence on this site, and thus, our goals will be achieved.
So, now that you’re here, maybe you can help us in this endeavor, and together, we can all come away from this site, with more knowledge and experience than when we first found it here. This is our goal anyway
Arthur Hakalani Pacheco
The late Reverend Arthur Hakalani Pacheco was the pastor of Church of Eternal Light which sponsors Eternal Light University. He came into the realization of his spiritual destiny in his early teenage years. Since then, he steadily pursued his own psychic and spiritual development, largely through teaching.
Benefiting from various gifted Teachers and Mentors, both in the physical and spiritual worlds, he attempted to share Their wisdom with others through the medium of teaching classes and seminars on various metaphysical principles and topics for over 30 years.
He taught the truth that all souls are innately psychic by nature, and that these abilities can be naturally and safely developed and called into play by anyone working from the controlled environment dedicated to this purpose. To do so enhances the quality and understanding of the individual’s life, and immeasurably adds to a greater sense of spirituality that is based upon inner perceptions; thus making these far deeper as grounds for a firm platform from which to continue our learning in this present lifetime.
Arthur brought together some of the best sides of Hinduism, Mystical Christianity, Buddhist teachings that seem to be of great benefit, and other more subtle insights that have accumulated over the years of his natural clairvoyant abilities as he was using them in his line of service. He was open to all lines of insight and experimentation that lead to Higher Ground for all.
Jill Lehualani Richardson
With Arthur, Jill has also been treading the Path of mediumship. For decades she has been drawn to, and working within, the fields of alternative Healing and other such disciplines. During her adolescence, she had the benefit of studying under a Native American medicine woman for several years. This experience awakened her to the memories of being a healer in lives past. Simultaneously, her own psychic mediumship abilities have unfolded quite naturally, and she uses them in her own counseling work that she has been called to do again in this life. She also uses the tools of Astrology and Psychology in her work with others and has orchestrated the development of this very website. Her talents as a cyberspace “techie” have been invaluable in the work that we do together.
Over the years, Arthur and Jill have been blessed by an array of various other souls who have each contributed to the development and success of this website, to whom we feel a very profound debt of gratitude, as well as continued wishes for their success in their own self-elected paths of Unfoldment. May we all meet at the Top of the Mountain of Enlightenment and Self Realization. Peace!
Arthur transitioned back into the world of spirit in March 2013. We had been planning this website for some time and he had already written much of the content. Jill is honored to carry the torch for him by realizing his dream of completing the website; to carry on in the tradition of mediumship by adding new content regularly, dictated to her by Arthur and our Mentors from the spirit world
